Incorporation Documents
By law, each employee who starts working at your company needs several incorporation documents. This includes the following:

Company Employment Application

If you are going to perform a Background Check, the
employee must fill out the necessary documentation.

If you are going to perform a Drug Screen, the employee must fill out the
necessary documentation.

Personal and emergency contact information

If your company offers direct deposit to the employee, the employee must fill out a
form with the required information from your bank.

TERMINATION LETTER
Every employee who is terminated at any time for or without cause or with or without notice needs a termination letter.

These letters will be specific and will have the necessary information to avoid any situation with a disgruntled employee.
EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK
1.Employee Handbook– This includes information about the EEOC, what you expect from each employee, etc.
2.Non-Discrimination/Non-Retaliation Policy– This covers sexual and workplace harassment, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. It also explains the notification process and how the company investigates each case.
3.Drug Free Workplace Policy(You receive a 5% Worker's Compensation discount for having this policy) – With this program you can show that you are doing everything possible to maintain a drug and alcohol free workplace.
4.Workplace Violence Policy– This policy covers the steps to take if violence occurs in the workplace.
5.Electronic Commerce Policy– This policy protects your electronic equipment. I am referring to computers, cell phones, or any equipment that the company has lent to its employee.
6.Social Networks Policy and "Blogging"– This policy talks about the importance of not talking about new company situations or products in any forum.
7.Privacy Policy– This policy protects you from employees who want to disclose confidential information such as; your customers, products or services.

Many entrepreneurs start their business and do not see the importance of a manual until a situation occurs in which they realize the importance of it. HWC's purpose is to be proactive. Implementing this documentation saves you from being sued by any disgruntled employee.

LABOR LAW POSTERS
Each state has its labor laws. If you have more than one employee you must have these posters in a visible place. If a federal agency enters your establishment and sees that you do not have this poster, they may be fined for that action.
EMPLOYEE FILES
By law the company must have a file for each employee. This file must include all the documentation of incorporation, warnings, suspensions, change of position or salary, etc.

Warnings/Suspensions
Even if your company is At Will or “At Will” you can still issue warnings or suspensions to your employees. We will provide you with a letter in which you will only have to fill in the necessary spaces. Just like we will keep you up to date with any changes that may arise regarding this document.

There are companies that need specific training for their employees, supervisors or managers. We have various courses depending on your need.
